$60,000+ based on experience

Role Summary:

The Content and Growth Strategist is responsible for coming up with creative content, campaigns, and advertising to successfully drive growth for our business.  You will oversee our social media accounts, and we’ll be looking for you to come up with new solutions and ways of using our social media platforms to drive customers to our brand pages and products.  You’ll manage our advertising campaigns on our online partner sites, such as Amazon and Wayfair, while also identifying new advertising opportunities.  You’ll work closely with members of our marketing team on photo and video shoots for our products that you will use to create content for social media and our partner sites.  We will look to you to evaluate our product pages and determine “How can we make this better?”  You’re a go-getter who is eager to research, identify, and implement new ways that we can expand and grow our business.              

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Manage and create engaging content across all social media platforms.

Create, monitor, and analyze advertising campaigns.

Proactively identify new opportunities for sales growth and partnerships.

Create and edit enhanced marketing content across partner sites.

Assist in vendor account management, including but not limited to issues that may arise with customer orders, new product onboarding, and product page auditing, as necessary. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

Experience in online marketing, including creation of online advertising campaigns.

Advertising experience across social media platforms, minimum Facebook and Instagram.

Technical grasp of systems and how they work.

Suited to working in a small business where wearing many hats is a necessity.

High level of organization and attention to detail.

Mastery of time management and prioritization. 

Forward thinking with a desire and ability to analyze trends and market research.

Preferred, Non-Essential Qualifications:

Experience managing social media accounts for a business.

Dot com account management experience.

A strong love for exploring new concepts and possibilities.

Experience working with Amazon or other online retailers.

A knack for determining great content from good content (i.e. images, videos, copy, etc).
