Role Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to manage and grow our Canadian division. This role requires someone with a self-starter mindset who can identify opportunities, take initiative, and foster sustainable growth. We are looking for someone who has working knowledge in finance and online sales strategy in addition to strong discernment and a hands-on approach to operations management. 

Ideal Candidate: 

You might be the perfect candidate if: 

  • You have a desire to grow and run a small business.  

  • You are an energetic visionary who can come up with new and fresh ideas yet can also execute. 

  • You are a bit of a lone wolf but can also work well with others. This is not a glamourous job as you will be working in a cold, lonely office/warehouse with very few people. As the business grows, you would have the leeway to hire more people as necessary. 

  • You are hungry, humble and people-smart. 

  • You have a strong work ethic and aren’t prone to taking the path of least resistance.

  • You are willing and eager to learn/be managed remotely from the team in Charlotte NC with the goal of working more autonomously over time (i.e. move from weekly check-ins to quarterly check-ins as you feel comfortable, although head office will always be available to assist and support as things come up). 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Business Management & Growth: 

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 

  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives. 

  • Identify new opportunities and drive initiatives to expand market presence. 

  • Discernment & Decision-Making: 

  • Evaluate opportunities, risks, and challenges to make informed decisions. 

  • Use sound judgment to balance short-term needs with long-term goals. 

  • Provide strategic input to refine and enhance business practices. 

  • Operations & Financial Oversight: 

  • Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and financial reports to ensure profitability. 

  • Maintain modest working knowledge of financial principles to guide decisions. 

  • Leadership & Team Collaboration: 

  • Inspire and mobilize teams to achieve operational excellence. 

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth. 

  • Act as a liaison between leadership and on-the-ground operations. 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and growing business operations. 

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. 

  • Modest financial acumen with the ability to analyze basic financial data. 

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred Experience: 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business management, franchise operations, or a similar entrepreneurial role. 

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and managing operational performance. 

  • Knowledge of ecommerce sales strategies.
