Business Analyst Job Description

Experience: Degree in analytics-related field or 2 years of experience in analytical role

Salary: Competitive Salary plus benefits

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

What this Job is in a Nutshell:

As our Business Analyst, you will be analyzing data from multiple sources as it relates to our e-commerce sales, and making changes to customer-facing content based on the results. For example, you may analyze our Google Ad campaigns or Amazon keyword data and then make changes to these pieces of content to improve their performance. Or you may take feedback from customers or survey recipients and condense it into useful action points for relevant departments. In short, you will use different kinds of data to help us identify places for improvement.
