Customer Care-Parts Department Representative

Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience
Hours: Temporary Seasonal Position. Position will include up to 40 hours per week. Available March 1-July 31, 2023
What this Job is in a Nutshell:
You’re going to be working with some great people in our customer care department to ensure that all our customers’ orders across our three brands are successfully completed and all questions are answered. While customer service is required from time to time, our parts department package parts orders, pull and clean parts, restock parts, provide inventory management (physical counts), along with open/closing procedures and setup. This role is for someone who embraces change and loves to be a team player. Due to the seasonality of the position, the job will also require miscellaneous tasks to be completed. Please note that this position is stationed in our company warehouse.
