Customer Care Representative

Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience
Salary: $41,600 annually plus benefits
Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm. March-July will have seasonal peaks and hours may slightly vary during this time, but it will be discussed in advance.
What this Job is in a Nutshell:
You’re going to be working with some great people in our customer care department to ensure that all our customers orders across our three brands are successfully completed and all questions are answered. Most (but not all) of the of our customer care is via phone, email, social media, and vendor portals. Additionally, customer care provides technical expertise and support to customers for product installation. We are a quickly growing company that is constantly evolving and improving our processes. This role is for someone who embraces change and loves to be a team player. Due to the seasonality of the position, the job will also require miscellaneous tasks to be completed during down time.
