Product Launch Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-driven person who thrives on turning ideas and prototypes into finished, customer-ready launches. At Nych Brands we move fast. New products are constantly being developed, tested, photographed, documented, and launched across multiple e-commerce channels. Behind every successful launch are dozens of moving pieces — product development, packaging, installation guides and marketing assets. This role exists to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to that process- and is ideal for someone who gets real satisfaction from seeing complex projects fully completed and launched.
You will work closely with product development and marketing to ensure that new products launch smoothly and that the information customers need — installation instructions, product details, and key visuals — is captured clearly and translated into the materials that support each launch. This role is about keeping projects moving, connecting teams, and ensuring the work actually gets finished. If you’re the type of person who naturally asks: Who owns this? What needs to happen next? What could confuse the customer? What’s blocking us from finishing this?…you will thrive here!
Experience:
• 1-3+ years’ experience coordinating projects across marketing, product development, operations, or similar fast-paced environments
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables and cross-team communication
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
• Strong ability to organize complex moving parts and keep teams accountable
Bonus: Experience working with product launches, manufacturing timelines, or e-commerce product listings.
Salary: Compensation is commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. (Full Time, Exempt)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
